Everyone was pleasant and seems happy to work there (hope that is true!). There was very clear communication. From what I could tell, they had very up to date tech and taking photos and x-rays was super easy. Thank you, I am glad I came to this dentist after my 2 year hiatus. Already recommended to friends who are looking.

Overall a great experience, haven’t been to the Dentist office in years and I knew it was gonna be pretty bad.
He didn’t sugarcoat it but was respectful, kind and overall very professional.

Terrible service and lack of transparency. And it seemed to me as if they're trying to rip me off by just charing me for the visit.
I don't recommend this clinic at all. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

This was my first visit at Dr. Tang’s office. Even though I had anxiety before coming in as I knew I would need a lot of dental work, I felt comfortable and welcomed at Dr. Tang’s office. I didn’t even realize he was cleaning my teeth until I heard the sound of the cleaning instrument he was using. I did not experience any pain during my exam or cleaning. Dr. Tang showed me xrays and photos of my teeth on the tv monitor in front of me. He let me know what his recommendations and treatment plan were. The front desk was welcoming; they explained all the procedures and costs very clearly and are open to questions should you have any. Although my insurance covered my exam, cleaning, and X-ray, I asked for a statement of today’s visit so I can keep track of what I’ve had done. They were more than happy to print out a statement of today’s visit and make me copies of estimates for my upcoming treatment. The dental office is gorgeous, clean, and spacious. I have already scheduled my next appointment and am eager to get my teeth into tip top shape. :)

Talented dentist however Unclear about treatment plan. When my dental problems became tricky, he no longer wanted to treat me and asked that i try someone else. He’s fine for a cleaning or cavity but if your dental problems are bigger than this, than its not worth his time to treat you (his words not mine)

The first time I saw Dr. Tang, I was able to get taken care of within 15 minute of walking though the door of my appointment time (because I had to fill out some paperwork). I had to go back to him Dr. Tang a few days after my appointment to get some fillings and booked a first available appointment. I showed up early about 10 minutes and they took me right away. After all was said and done, I was out the door 7 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I couldn't believe it.

I was highly impressed by the service provided by not only the 59B Dental staff but by Dr. Titus Tang as well. It's been well over 5 years since my last dental appointment, but being seen by Dr. Tang made it much less of an anxious experience. Rather, I was well informed and my level of comfortability after reading on his level of experience had grown after my first visit. Grateful to have found Dr. Tang and happy to have a great dentist within my hometown.

I've had many dentists over the year, but Dr Tang beats them all hands down. He's friendly, attentive, and so personable. Also, the hygienists, nurses and office staff are so welcoming. I never dread coming here. It's like visiting friends!

My second visit with office, everyone was very nice and friendly and educates their patients about dental health, hygiene, and the process of obtaining desired results. Clean dental office, latest technology and dental equipment. I enjoyed the flat screen TVs to distract me when I'm waiting. I highly recommend.

My daughter was well taken care of and the staff was great. I highly appreciated the fact that they were able to get my daughter in for an emergent appt. ASAP and they were also very sweet & supportive of Ariel knowing she was extremely nervous. That was awesome! The only piece of advice I'd give that kind of bothered me was that this was the second time we had a visit with Dr. Tang (our initial visit was with our whole family, all 5 of us) and both times he didn't come into the procedure room saying hello or introducing his self to me or my daughter or even confirming that she was Ariel, the patient. Introduction is one of the most important parts of the visit as it gives your patients a sense of care and of who you are and believe it or not a sense of security. So a simple "Hello Ariel, I'm Dr. Tang, it's nice to meet you" would suffice... and acknowledging the parent would also be great. I did appreciate Dr. Tang contacting me later on during the evening to check up on Ariel after having her wisdom tooth extracted. That was nice of him. Overall this appointment went really well and my daughter was well taken care of. Dr. Tang did a great job removing my daughters wisdom tooth in an emergent visit and I thank him for that.

Dr. Tang is overall perfect and quick but very professional with the deep cleaning. Aside from that the only down side was the assistant being too aggressive with the sucker and not very attentive. Additionally, the numbing was way over board, if Dr. Tang did not instruct the assistant to stop the application of anesthesia, it seems as if the assistant would've kept applying even though she saw that my gums were turning white already.
