Went really well. I did not like my last two dentists so I was really looking for someone new who I would like. Everyone at this office made me feel welcomed and all answered questions I had. Dr. Sabolboro explained everything and made next steps clear. I'm very happy to have found the right dentist!

More about Dr. Walter Sabolboro, DDS
Dr. Walter Sabolboro grew up in South Ozone Park, Queens. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hunter College in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He then went on to pursue dentistry by attending the School of Dental Medicine at the University at Buffalo. After graduating in 2004, Dr. Sabolboro entered private practice. He worked for several group practices before taking over the long established dental practice of 25 years, in what is known today, as Forest Park Dental.
Dr. Sabolboro’s passion for dentistry has led him to pursue advanced certification in several areas including implant placement and restoration, orthodontics utilizing clear braces known as Invisalign, laser dentistry and an array of cosmetic procedures including Lumineers.
He is proud to offer his patients the comfort and convenience of all ceramic restorations in just one visit! CAD-CAM (Computer Assisted Design/Computer Assisted Milling) featuring CEREC® allows patients to receive crowns, onlays and veneers without the inconvenience of having to wear temporaries or returning for a second appointment.
Dr. Sabolboro is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, New York County Dental Society and Queens County Dental Society. He continually donates his time to public health programs in order to raise awareness on the importance of oral health.
In his spare time, Dr. Sabolboro enjoys playing the electric bass, exercising, playing sports and travelling with his wife, Linda.

My visit was great! I do not have any complains. I was a new patient today and for my first time everything went smoothly. Its a very clean office with high technology. I initially scheduled my appointment for a cleaning but unfortunately I was told that the Hygenist had a family emergency and wasn’t able to make it. That didn’t bother me because the Dentist still addressed my other concerns that I wanted to discuss at the visit and went over future plans and treatments. The staff were all very friendly and professional with positive attitude. And what I really appreciated the most was the fact that one of the staff members went over my insurance plan explaining all the coverages and what I had to pay out of pocket if I decided to go forward with any treatment. Everything was explained in full details even with a printed copy of your insurance benefits so you can be able to see and understand the breakdown of everything. Now I know what to expect for my next visit regarding treatment and any payments as opposed to being caught off guard with an unexpected bill. Going forward, I will continue to go to this office for all of my dental annuals and any dental treatments and procedures.
I highly recommend going to Dr. Sabolboro office!

He is very friendly and listens to all your concerns. The great thing is that he is very conservative and doesn’t jump straight into major work of it’s not needed. He would list options on how to take care of the situation so you could decide and I really like that. This is a great office to go to.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sabolboro since I’ve been in Brooklyn and I’d definitely recommend him. There’s always appointment availability, even on Saturdays! I’m never waiting for more than 20min and they’re always to the point without any hassle.

This was interesting. They called before my appt to ask if I could come in earlier which I did. I still waited 40 mins. The manager walks you into an office to fill out new pt questionaire with you. Finally see the doctor & he answers all my questions. They take a 360 xray - really cool. Doc said everything looked great, leaves. Assistant says a cleaning is not part of a general check up appt so I have to schedule another appt....seriously? Seems like they're trying to charge people 2 co-pays but I don't have one so I schedule my cleaning. Came back a few days later for my cleaning - dental hygienist insists on taking another set of x-rays. VERY OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO CHARGE FOR AS MUCH AS THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU. Will not return.

I've been to other dentists in the past. Finding a new one can be such a hassle; only way to know is either through word of mouth (pun intended) or trial and error. My experience was a little of both, but I'm glad that I finally found a dentist worth my time and money. At the risk of sounding like a commercial, my apologies, but...try him as YOUR dentist. You won't look back!

Walter is a great dentist. My only complaint is the hygienist. She seemed annoyed at the fact that I was in pain when she was giving me a cleaning. I have some teeth that are more sensitive than others and I told her I was in pain I got the attitude that she was annoyed with that. Granted, I needed a cleaning but don't act that way towards a patient, and if they are in pain, give them something for the pain. I did't get gel or anything.
Walter is a nice guy. He was knowledgeable and sweet. His office is state of the art, which I love. I hate when offices don't get with the times. You can watch TV while you are sitting there. The x-ray machines he uses are really cool too. You can see everything on computers. I would go back for him, if I didn't move out of state. I would not recommend the hygienist. She also has terrible hours.

I was greeted with a friendly and personable staff and was led to the dental hygienist almost immediately. There was no time to get the jitters of going to a dentist for the first time. Danielle talked in a calming manner and explained what she was going to do. I can't remember when a cleaning was so painless. She has the hands of a feather where you didn't evening know she was working in your mouth except for the sound of the machine. Dr. Sabolboro greeted me with a warm handshake an smile. He asked a few questions, conducted an oral exam, then discussed his treatment plan. I highly recommend this practice. Oh, did I mention a pomegranate chap stick is available if you need.

I would highly recommend seeing this dentist. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist himself, everyone was very professional, friendly, and thorough. Everytime I walk in im greeted with warm friendly smiles. Dentist was so fast. It usually take so long at other dental offices, Dr. Sabolboro put anesthesia walked out 5 minutes later I had my mouth open 5 minutes after that I was done. Johanna the assistant was extra nice. She took care of me.
