I’m sure it’s a great place for adults and people are friendly but wouldn’t recommend for pediatric visit as our visit for my son’s one year dental check was less than 5 minutes with minimal discussion. I had to force questions to hear brush teeth twice a day. Aware there wasn’t much going to happen but was expecting a proper sit down and discussion.

Regardless of the reason for your visit, they'll schedule preventative services i.e. cleaning and X-rays without your prior consent. Clearly state upfront if you DO NOT need or want those services. Be prepared to still need X-rays if they say they can't do exam without NEW X-rays, discuss billing/insurance impacts. Bring your most recent X-rays just in case they're able to work with them.

The team is absolutely amazing, professional, and gentle.
I haven't been to the dentist in years (moving cities, covid, and general anxiety of the dentist in general) and am so grateful to have found this team.
I was expecting this to be the most painful experience ever and it turned out to be the best cleaning I've ever experienced. The staff is incredibly professional and were quick to accommodate my schedule. Dr Nath was fantastic and the hygienist she worked with was equally amazing.
I can't believe I'm saying this but I can't WAIT to come back for my next cleaning and future visits. Thank you again!!!

I went to iSmile in Greenpoint for a routine cleaning— and it turns out I had my first cavity. Not great news, but the team made it so easy. Everything ran smoothly, no wasted time, and they worked together like clockwork. I felt very well taken care of and left the place an hour later without cavity and clean teeth. Thank you!

The receptionist, office owner/manager, dentist and dental tech were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was seen quickly and offered financing to assist with payment. The dentist did a good job with my cleaning and filling. I'm very satisfied.
