It was a pleasure being at Dr. Jone's office for a routine dental cleaning. Dr. Jones spends time with his patients to thoroughly explain any issues and recommendations, as well as to answer any questions. Unlike certain other dentists I have encountered, he does not rush through examinations which makes me as a patient feel that I am getting the appropriate preventive care required.
The only blip I experienced was the slightly unprofessional appointment confirmation voicemail I received from the office - specifically the person confirmed two different appointment days and times in the same message - none of which agreed to the actual appointment I made through ZocDoc. It was very confusing. My appointment was not officially confirmed by the office through ZocDoc until a half hour prior to the appointment. Hopefully this is not a recurring issue.

Dr. Jones and staff were compassionate and professional, Dr. Jones is a confident, knowledgeable doctor, I feel very comfortable having him being my dentist for a long time.
