About Dr. Edly Destine
Experienced and dedicated dentist Edly Destine, DDS, is the founder of 88 Smile Designs in Mount Vernon, New York. In his role as the 88 Smile Designs dentist, Dr. Destine delivers full-scale dental care including root canals, crowns, dental implants, veneers, Invisalign®, and much more. Dr. Destine has an approachable air that patients really relate to, and the whole 88 Smile Designs team strives to make the office a fun environment at all times.
Dr. Destine earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. He’s a member of the American Dental Association and the National Dental Association. In addition to treating a wide range of patients, including celebrity clients, Dr. Destine volunteers his time to educate the community about dentistry.
Patients from many diverse backgrounds see Dr. Destine for care, and they appreciate conversing with him in any of the four languages he’s fluent in: English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

For me representation and skill matter equally and it's been so hard to find This in dentistry in my area. This office is so beautifully Brilliant and diverse and both Dr. Edly and the dental hygienist I had the pleasure of working with (a former nurse) phenomenal!Answered all of my questions and helped me feel informed and in partnership with my sons care. Although I only had a cleaning, it was done with gentle care. I’m coming back in a month for another procedure.
