Dr. Dennise Muñoz has more than 18 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry. She received her dental degree in 2003 from the School of Dental Medicine at SUNY Stony Brook and then continued her studies to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. While at school, Dr. Muñoz was selected to be part of a dental mission which provided dental care to the Sioux Indians at the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. This experience fostered a desire to continue giving back. Dr. Muñoz has continued to provide treatment to local underserved communities.
She has been a member with the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and Ninth District Dental Society. Dr. Muñoz is committed to staying current with the latest in technology in order to provide the greatest health benefit to patients. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially building long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Muñoz enjoys spending her free time running around with her kids to and from activities, traveling with her family, and crocheting. She and her husband have two children and a rescue named Kevin the cat.

I have dental anxiety and she was very understanding. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it . She also made a clear plan and what is next and her team showed me how much it would cost . Overall a very pleasant experience and I am actually looking forward to going back

Didn’t really get the chance to go to the appointment because i needed copy of a xray my insurance only covers every 18 months but cancelling the appointment was a breeze and they were still following up with me afterwards to see if i was able to get the copy or not and they were very nice to want to still help even after i did a cancellation. I would recommend them to people because any staff that would be willing to still follow up to reschedule a visit is showing they care for the patients needs and will be willing to go out there way to see if they got everything needed to reschedule the appointment was something nice to see from a staff that didn’t even meet me yet i definitely would give 5 stars

Doctor were very thorough, they explained everything that was going to happen on the visit. They addressed my interests and my concerns and in the end of the visit they walked me to an office where I was able to make my follow up visits. Very professional and had everything in order.

Dr Munoz & staff are always friendly and awesome. The only request I recommend, is to ask the staff prior to your office visit if you are required to pay any out of pocket expenses after your appt, for I had to make a payment that I was unprepared to make, despite having dental insurance. Otherwise, no issues or concerns.
