It wasn't the dentist it was the receptionist who repeatedly felt she had to say that Molina was a state insurance and that she made my appointment to get my tooth pulled then and it might take me a while to get the money up for the anesthesia she made me feel like a low income in front of people in the office as if I was unemployed. One lady made the statement that she was out of line making those statements and it was my first time there. But the dentist was great she explain everything and what I needed..

I love Dr. Zan, braces on as an adult for 4 years and he's been so patient and kind with my case, even after some life events caused me not to make my appointments for 8 months just about. He shows actual and honest concern he tells you like it is and if something isn't possible he'll let you know... the receptionist Ana on the other hand is rude, judgmental, and asks a lot of personal questions in front of other patients, like oh are YOU not working now? And mannn the "contour of your face looked so much better when you came more regularly, I can see a change can't you" that's quote for quote. She makes me not want to go when I need to. But DR. Zan and all his other staff are beautifully amazing.

I was seen immediately. I'm normally have a lot of anxiety visiting the dentist, Dr. Xu was really calming and didn't do anything that could freak me out. He was upfront with all the future charges and had even shown me that my previous dentist was way overcharging me for the work needed (the old dentist made up cavities requiring crowns).

Office staff is always pleasant and welcoming and efficient. Coordinating with insurance company requirement is always taken seriously and much appreciated. Dr. Xu suggests work that needs to be done and no more. His prices are very competitive and his work - excellent.
