I've dealt with him many times before. This time I've waited for about an hour, which is unusual. When I asked why, it turned out that there was an emergency root canal that he had to take care of.
He's very patient, understanding, and explains the issues well. Both my kids (ages 9 and 7) love him. He's my dentist, too (no need to disclose my age :)

Great experience! Really happy that he is covered by our new insurance so that we can continue to go here. Its a drive (Silver Spring, MD to Falls Church, VA) but worth it for the lovely office, fast service, and SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS! :)
