Dr. Cerean and the staff were great! . This was the first appointment for my wife and I, but it certainly won't be our last! The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. Thank you for helping us with our vision Dr. Cerean!

Dr. Cerean was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is a first-generation Romanian-American. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he completed his medic training as the Honor Graduate at Fort Sam Houston.
After serving for 4 years in the military, Dr. Cerean attended the Rosenberg School of Optometry at UIW where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree and received extensive training in the diagnosis and management of visual disorders, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and cataracts.
He and his wife Ana have 5 daughters together. They like to spend lots of time outdoors and love going on ski trips. They also enjoy playing tennis, soccer and basketball and love to watch college football.

This was one of the worst Dr. Office visits my daughter and I have ever had. We waited for over an hour and a half in the main waiting room and then again in a small one. The staff didn’t know we were there for my daughter’s contact lens appointment even though I wrote it in the comments area of the appointment because the only option said eyeglasses. The waiting room looked and felt like a Department of Transportation. One of the worst parts was my daughter went into the ladies restroom and said feces had been smeared across the wall and it smelled absolutely horrible. So gross! After all this, when we FINALLY got to see the doctor, he was not the friendliest and seemed to just want to get us out of there as quickly as possible. We maybe saw him for 5 minutes. Then we had to wait 10 more minutes just to check out. So we were at the appointment for almost 3 hours! If we continue to use this group of doctors, we will never go to the Ingram location again!

An eye exam took over 2 hours to complete. I understand running behind, but it was never acknowledged at all during the visit.
When asking the doctor a question and expressing concern, the doctor dismissed the question.
I will not be returning to this doctor or practice.

Clean efficient operation. Quick in and out. Small optical area, so avoid high expectations of many eyewear choices covered by insurance. Would recommend.

Scheduling initial visit was fine, it’s the follow up that’s horrible. No call backs, left several messages and took forever to get contacts in and get appointment scheduled after they canceled and rescheduled his appointment to have them teach my son since it was his first time having contacts. Last receptionist I spoke to was horrible. Will not be returning to this clinic after we get my sons contacts.

Great first appointment with Dr. Cerean. The appointment was very smooth and I didn't have to wait a long time at all. The assistant was super helpful and efficient and so was the doctor. I recently had to change eye doctor because my previous one doesn't accept my insurance anymore and I'm really happy with my choice so far.

Having to wait more than an hour is just upsetting. There is a reason for scheduling and doing so online allows for double booking within 10 minutes. Never again, after a 3hr drive having to wait 2 plus hours more I was not happy with the overall experience so much so that we left. The office that checks your eyes by the Ingram park mall was leaps and bounds better.

First time here and impressed. Had a hard time finding parking but i called and told where i could park . Will definitely go back next year for my yearly eye exam . The dr was very friendly and thorough and asked if i had any questions which i liked .
