I have been looking for a new PCP for quite a while but haven't been able to find one that really took the time to listen to my health issues and help me with them.
I found Harbor Health through Zocdoc and was pleasantly surprised by their location. Their lobby was nice and clean and has modern furniture with wired power in case you need to charge your phone they also have a guest wifi. No one likes waiting to see the Dr but little amenities like that really make a big difference. I had a very short wait time maybe 10 minutes from the time I checked in at the desk. They also had a very thorough pre check that I was able to fill out before I arrived which saved time.
Dr. Jocelyn Sarkaria and her staff were helpful and friendly. Especially the nurse that did my pre checkup and their onsite phlebotomist. A+ experience.

Loved the doctor and loved this app. I couldn’t find a doctor that accepted my Medicaid. Even Medicaid could not provide me with a provider. My dad sent me Zocdoc not only did they accept my Medicaid but they got me an appointment right away.

My experience with this doctor has been positive so far. During my initial visit to establish care, she took the time to really listen and asked thoughtful, thorough questions to get a clear understanding of my health and background. I appreciated that she wasn’t rushed and made an effort to understand my specific situation. She came across as both professional and approachable, and her staff was equally helpful and courteous.
One thing to note: she wore a mask for the duration of our visit. That does always make it a little harder to establish that connection and trust between doctor and patient, at least for me. It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, but something to be aware of depending on your preferences as the patient?.
Of course, it’s early to make a full judgment after just one visit, but so far, I feel encouraged. I’ll plan to update this review as I continue care with her.

As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by a smile from the staff. The back of the house staff were warm and friendly. My new doctor was absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this office.
