The doctor never got back to me with my results. When I called the office and requested to sent me my results they said yes but I never received anything.
Also, I run out my IBS pills that I take daily and asked the Walgreens to send a refill request to the doctor. I received “we didn’t receive approval” messages. Really difficult to communicate with this doctor and I wouldn’t recommend it!

It was my first visit, but it was honestly a really nice experience. I'm a nurse, have had a lot of experience with doctors of various kinds, and he was a break from the mold. He was personable and genuinely cared what I came in for. I don't often write reviews for most things, but wanted to make an exception for this guy. Highly recommend.

Dr. Vanghaus is a fantastic physician and an all around wonder professional. He is attentive and sincere, and treats you as an equal, not just another patient to see that day.
I have found a primary care physician for as long as I live in Austin and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Venghaus was kind and friendly. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The front desk staff is also friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait very long to be shown to a room, and the doctor came within minutes of my leaving the waiting room.

Dr. Venghaus is a wonderful physician - he takes time with each patient and makes you feel at ease during your appointment. You know he is listening to what you say and not only does he ask questions but takes time to answer any questions you may have. He has a great "bedside" manner and wonderful personality. I used to dread having to go to doctor appointments before I moved to Austin, but I don't any longer. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Venghaus - everyone wants to have a good rapport with their personal physician and I can enthusiastically endorse Dr. Venhaus to anyone searching for a doctor.
