Dr. Pachuca answered all my questions and has a great bedside manner. Staff was very helpful to explain insurance coverage and the phlebotomist was so good at her job, I didn’t feel any pain nor did I have a bruise around the injection site!
I saw my previous PCP for almost 15 years and thought that I’d have a hard time finding someone to help me stay healthy as well as she did, but I think I got lucky with this provider!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at this clinic: the doctor, the nurse, and the receptionist. The service was excellent from the very first moment, with great kindness, respect, and professionalism.
This is the first clinic where I've been seen so quickly and with such warmth and compassion, something that is truly valued these days.
I went first, and because of my positive experience, I recommended it to my husband, my son, and friends, and they were all very satisfied. Without a doubt, it's a great clinic that I will continue to recommend with complete confidence.

The wait for Dr. Pachuca's office was very minimal, there was even some information that needed corrected and they helped me correct it. After finishing my paperwork it only took five minutes to see me in and i was seated with an Assistant who took my vitals and confirmed details. After that was done I was seen in about another 5 minutes by Dr. Pachuca herself. She has a great sense of humor and treated me like a person, not a paycheck. She she treated my condition seriously and answered all of my questions. She immediately knew who to call for a referral for my condition. After looking up reviews of the doctor for that referral, the doc is a rockstar, so I hope I am well on my path to recovery thanks to Dr. Pachuca.

Warning: Ask about billing before asking any questions!
I am highly disappointed with the billing practices of this office. During my annual preventative physical, I asked the doctor a quick, general question about getting a referral. The doctor provided no medical advice, only a recommendation for another specialist. A week later, I received a surprise bill because this brief, casual question was classified as a separate "problem-focused visit" by the office. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Didn’t think I would be able to book an appointment the next day but it happened thankfully. Such friendly staff and I was seen quickly. The provider was attentive and listen to my concerns. It was a great experience. I’m so happy I was able to establish a provider to go to.

I arrived within the time frame before you’ll have to be rescheduled and CJ at the front desk was professional and assured me that I would still be seen and I filled out whatever extra information they needed and I was seen as soon as I was done. I booked with Dr Pachuca and she was very attentive to the information I gave about the problems I addressed and we moved forward with her giving me great ways to combat how I’m feeling about my health.
