Dr. Pan and her assistants were very patient and understanding with my Dad who is 92. They went above and beyond to help him with the specifics of the exam. They were thorough and went out of their way to verify my Dad's past medical history. it was a very good visit.

Dr. Jane Pan grew up in Queens, NY, and graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College, with a degree in biochemistry. She received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and completed her internship in Upstate New York, where she was awarded the Internship of the Year award. She then finished her ophthalmology training at SUNY Upstate in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Pan also received further specialization training in retinal surgery during her two year fellowship at the Vitreoretinal Foundation in Memphis, TN. Currently, Dr. Pan is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Retina Specialists. In her free time, Dr. Pan enjoys kayaking, biking, rock climbing, and travelling.
