Dr. Barrows opened his practice in 1996 in the North Texas area. He was raised in West Texas where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin in Odessa. He earned his medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock where he was recognized with the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Medical Society Award.
Dr. Barrows completed a General Surgery internship in the Department of Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center followed by a year of research in the Department of Dermatology where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Barrows is licensed in the state of Texas and Board Certified in Dermatology since 1996. He is now servicing the Allen, McKinney, and Rockwall area.
