Dr. Evans is a Florida licensed Optometrist, member of the Florida Optometric Association (FOA), American Optometric Association (AOA), Broward County Optometric Association (BCOA), and many others.
Dr. Evans was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. Received his undergraduate in Tallahassee, FL (Florida State University). Later, received his doctorate at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Dr. Evans is trained to diagnose, treat and prevent Ocular diseases and conditions. His extensive training in fitting contact lenses allows him to troubleshooting the most complicated cases.
