“The staff are very friendly, warm, and welcoming, beginning with the initial exam of my eyes, followed by Dr. Goberville 's examination. At the conclusion with Dr. Goberville, I had a few questions which he readily answered. Dora was especially helpful in picking out eye glass frames, which was very much appreciated. ”

Everything was handled very well from the booking through Zocdoc to the actual appointment.

The doctor was short and snippy, it put me on edge the whole appointment. when i asked if things were covered under my insurance, the dr basically told me “its not my job to look” . one lady that was going over my options was nice and very helpful. she got busy which is understandable, I was then switched over to another male who was extremely rude and argumentative because i didn’t understand my bill.

This was my worst experience! He barely acknowledged me, very impatient, rushed my eye exam, glasses came back and my prescriptions almost blinded me!
Called in to get a date scheduled to fix my prescription over the phone, the front desk lady said she’ll book me for “10/22”. While this is all on a recorded line, I asked “is that a Saturday?” She hesitated but proceeded to still say “Yeah” because I’ve expressed that weekends are my only availability.
Disconnected the call and realized she never emailed my appointment & checked the calendar -the 22nd was a Wednesday, not a Saturday! So she lied!
Booked an appt for Saturday 10/11 through Zodoc, 11 hrs later they canceled my appt for “technical issues”, tried getting back in touch with them and they’ve completely neglected me! Won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend. They will take your money, then will leave you for dead… in other words… blind.
