This was my worst experience! He barely acknowledged me, very impatient, rushed my eye exam, glasses came back and my prescriptions almost blinded me!
Called in to get a date scheduled to fix my prescription over the phone, the front desk lady said she’ll book me for “10/22”. While this is all on a recorded line, I asked “is that a Saturday?” She hesitated but proceeded to still say “Yeah” because I’ve expressed that weekends are my only availability.
Disconnected the call and realized she never emailed my appointment & checked the calendar -the 22nd was a Wednesday, not a Saturday! So she lied!
Booked an appt for Saturday 10/11 through Zodoc, 11 hrs later they canceled my appt for “technical issues”, tried getting back in touch with them and they’ve completely neglected me! Won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend. They will take your money, then will leave you for dead… in other words… blind.
