Dr. Freilich is nice and approachable. The wait in the office was QUITE long, however.
Was not pleased with the service or wait time. Took 1.5 hours to see the doctor.
Long wait. Had an appointment at 12 and had to wait an hour to get seen .
He was very kind to my young daughter and sensitive to any fears she had.

Not helpful. Waste of time. The doctor didn't pay any attention to me.
Dr Freilich is great. Definitely will see him again and recommend him.
Visit was fine. Wait was ridiculously long. Will not return.

Dr. was fine but wait was TERRIBLE, over 2 hours!!!!
First visit. So far OK. Future visits will tell.
He was okay. It was in and out...
Miserable experience. Never again.

I waited 5 minutes and got put in an office after an hour of waiting by myself I went to front desk, got a refund of my copay (which they only take in cash) and left. Best part was when I asked for a refund they told me I was next. It was an unreasonable wait time, especially without any updates during the wait or without any notification that he was running behind before I got stuck in an office.
Overall the doctor was really dismissive and didn't answer my questions at all. I waited 2 and a half hours for a poor assessment and no treatment
I asked the doctor for a medicated wrinkle cream and he sold me two overpriced products that he sells at his office- purely cosmetic no medication. I felt super cheated by the doctor as I he used the visit to get more $ out of my pocket.
Awful bedside manner. Did not explain what he was doing in an acceptable or satisfactory fashion. He rushed to get me in and out with little to no regard about my questions or concerns.

I really wish I could give this Dr a 5 star rating across the board! He's professional, knowledge and treated me very well. Based on this I would recommend him to a friend. The cons is that I had to wait for 2:20 minutes to see the Dr. I had a 3 PM appointment and showed up on time. There's something broken with the scheduling system if any patient should wait this long. The fact is it does not add up- not my options but it is a fact. Additionally if there truly is an exception, all patients should be communicated this as soon as they arrive so they can make the choice to wait or re-schedule. The verdict: I am hesitant to re-schedule and have the same experience. Based on the behaviors I don't believe today was an exception. If the wait time was not an issue for me, I would certainly return as the Dr. is great.

he is a great doctor
This was my second visit to this office. I booked my appointment on a day with nearly every slot available and booked the last appointment of the day (5 PM). After I signed in the receptionist gave me a clipboard with a generic insurance/medical history form. I told her that I already filled these out on ZocDoc and she looked very confused. She said "we have our own forms" which was nearly identical to the ZocDoc questionnaire. I was finally called into the examination room at 6 PM and saw the doctor 20 minutes later. When Dr. Freilich came into the room, he appeared to be very distracted, exiting and reentering several times. He did not make eye contact at any point during the examination. The examination required privacy yet he neglected to shut the door completely and the room faced the street with the curtains ajar. I asked if he would close the door and after he did not respond, I did it myself.
He did a very careful examination of the leg issue and prescribed me all relevant meds including one that I suggested. He did not provide any anesthesia for probing a highly inflamed wound. He was available by phone to talk to my pharmacist for dosage adjustment.
Good experience, but the wait was too long.
Professional and personable.
I've been going to Dr. Freilich's over the past several years, and have been very pleased with the service. If one can work around and with his heavy scheduling, it's worth the wait time.

I would recommend Dr. Freilich to anyone who has any anxiety about going to the doctor. He was very patient and nice about my fear of needles. Thanks, doc!

I had to write a review for Dr. Freilich because after reading his past reviews I was expecting a great doctor that comes with a long wait. But much to my surprise I filled out my forms as a first time patient and right away I was ushered into an exam room by a nurse. Soon after, before I could take off my coat, Dr. Freilich came in. In sum, This was one of the most pleasant experiences at a doctor I've ever had. Hope this helped.
It was great, other than the wait time.
very satisfied
