“She answered my questions and listened to my skin concerns thoroughly, and prescribed topical medications that I could try for my acne.
The only issue I encountered during my appointment was related to the front desk staff - a day before my appointment, the receptionist left me a voicemail asking about additional info on my insurance and said to call back the office's number. When I called back the number listed in the voicemail, I was directed to a call center that takes the office's calls and provided them the info requested regarding my insurance. But when I arrived at the office the next day to check in for my appointment to see Ms. Chao, the receptionist said that none of the info that I provided to the call center was shared with the actual office itself. Thankfully my insurance was accepted, but still strange that patient's calls to the office is redirected to a call center/third party that apparently doesn't always communicate with the office itself.”
