Dr. Ishaaya and his staff for wonderful right from the get-go I didn't have any time waiting and I saw the doctor right away it was very knowledgeable of my situation and how I feel and I felt very comfortable with his bedside manner! I'm very glad that he is my primary care physician and feel very safe in his very knowledgeable hands!

Appt is always fine with doctors appts you have to have patients and expect some delays sometimes and dont go in with the idea your the only one they see and your appt is as important as mine you do this and your appts go better and less aggravation

Abraham (Avi) Ishaaya MD, FCCP, FAASM, FACGS, MACGS, is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics and is a member of the American Board of Bariatic Medicine. An assistant clinical professor of medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Ishaaya, has had an extensive private practice since 1996. Dr. Ishaaya earned his BS degree from UCLA with honors at the age of 19, and graduated from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine at the age of 23. He completed his Residency and Fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center where he earned several awards for his research. He is an accomplished speaker, author and a successful medical legal expert. Dr. Ishaaya is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, Hebrew and Russian. What set Dr. Ishaaya apart is his exceptional availability, vast knowledge, and deep personal concern for his patients.

I love Dr. Ishaaya. My appt. Was for 11:15, however i was there at 9:00, and as always, i was treated very well by all the staff, and I got to talk with Dr. Ishaaya today Re: an upcoming procedure, and of course he made feel at ease about the procedure, was elated that i quit smoking and drinking, and to me, that made my day. I know my Dr's time is valuable, and glad i wasnt a disappoinyment for him. He'll always be Dr. for LIFE!!!

I recommend Dr. Abraham Ishaaya with emphasis! His office staff was Very kind, compassionate toward me especially the 2 Technicians whom oversaw my sleep study overnight observation.
I came into the office perplexed because of some home life serious situation and the technicians were patient with me and helped me to relax and calm down before the study began. Named Anna and Leo. My diagnosis was EXTREMELY accurate and sense the medication prescribed for me i began taking has worked better than anything i've ever tried and I've tried everything under the sun.
Dr.Ishaaya is sort spoken, very thorough which is why the sleep study is so vital to a proper diagnosis. Dr. Ishaaya has literally zero wait time while in the office and spends a good amount of time with we. He asks me questions I felt I needed to be asked and his bedside manner has show him to be almost impeccable when it comes to his patience he doesn't force medication on his patience! I admired that about him. Medication is his last resort.He has strong Ethics and Genuinely want to help people and understand how lack go sleep leads to depression. I am so thank to him and hoe quickly he assigned a follow up with me. Thank you Dr. Ishaaya. You're a blessing and helping me to I have been sleeping and having health problem for on of my professor is for sudent. He was do kind and secratary was delightful! I'm thsnkfor hm Dr. Ishaya . I am that'll to know what it wrong with me and the meds are working. Thank you

Dr Ishaaya was very caring and professional. He listened to my concerns and together we came up with a treatment plan. He seems very accessable to his patients. He said to call with any concerns or changes in my condition. He let me know when to expect test results. His staff was so welcoming and friendly. Many of the tests I needed were done in the office on the spot which was so convienient for me. I was given the results shortly after they were done. Such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr Ishaaya and his staff.

Wonderful staff- Junior always answers phones quickly with a friendly & welcoming voice. Darcy is an excellent MA, who immediately makes you feel at ease. I see Dr. Ishaaya for both sleep medicine and internal med. He is very professional, compassionate, and thoroughly explains all options. He is very easy to reach if I have questions outside of my appt. I appreciate that he is fully integrated w EHR, which streamlines the workflow of everything. He is excellent with follow-up on even the little things, like letting me know that he received my medical records from another physician. I am very happy with my Dr. Ishaaya, and strongly recommend him.

Dr. Ishaaya has been my pulmonolgist for approximately 12-14 years now. He's compassionate, caring, and brilliant in his choice field of medicine. I have such a great relationship with Dr. Ishaaya, he literally knows me better than I know myself. The staff in his office are very friendly, yet most importantly very professional, and over the years, I've come to develop a relationship with them as well. Dr. Ishaaya works in tandem with my cardiologist Dr. Daneshrad, and my primary care physician Dr. Vlad Nusinovich, which in my opinion constitutes my ELITE team of physicians which I wouldn't trade for all the money in the world..HONESTLY! Thank you Dr. Ishaaya for being such an intricate part of my life saving team Of Healthcare physicians. *smooches*
