I thought my condition and concerns were addressed. A PA took preliminary information then Dr. Lombardi came in with several medical students or residents. I did feel a bit overwhelmed by the number of people who were part of my visit. In order to see Dr. Lombardi it may be necessary to have the extra people who train with him.

Dr. Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr. of New Albany, Ohio, received his bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his medical degree from Temple University. He completed postgraduate training in general surgery at Temple University Hospital and in orthopaedics at Albert Einstein Medical Center, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lombardi pursued two Fellowships in Reconstruction of the Hip and Knee: one with Thomas H. Mallory, MD at Joint Implant Surgeons in Columbus and the other with Gerard A. Engh, MD at the National Hospital for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and the Anderson Orthopaedic Institute in Arlington, Virginia. He joined the practice of Joint Implant Surgeons in 1987 and is now its president.
