I thought my condition and concerns were addressed. A PA took preliminary information then Dr. Lombardi came in with several medical students or residents. I did feel a bit overwhelmed by the number of people who were part of my visit. In order to see Dr. Lombardi it may be necessary to have the extra people who train with him.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Everyone I was in contact with or talked to were very nice & helpful. Dr. Lombardi answered all my questions, & explained the procedure he plans to do. It's a top dog place to go.
Dr. Lombardi is a very good doctor It is very difficult to see him for follow up if you have concerns. I wish the office/staff/doctor would be as considerate of my time, as I am expected to be of theirs.
