Dr. Charles spent more time with me than I expected and gave me helpful suggestions about how to prevent a repeat injury. She seemed more interested in helping me stay well than simply getting me out the door, which is a rare quality in a doctor!
Dr. Charles is very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issues quickly. She has a lovely manner and was very efficient. I saw the doctor within 5-10 minutes of my arrival. Also, the clinic is very new and clean.

There was almost no waiting. The appointment was very quick and efficient.
Uninterested, rude, irritable. Stay away. A complete waste of time.

Dr. Charles was terrific. She is personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated her explanation of the underlying anatomy as well as the steps I need to take. Highly recommend.

This appointment was really frustrating. Dr. Charles didn't communicate with me at all or spend anytime asking about my symptoms. After the nurse performed a strep test, I was left alone in the room without any idea what the next steps would be. After that I was told that my prescription was being sent to the pharmacy and when I tried to ask a follow up question, 'What did you prescribe?' Dr Charles started talking about her next patient and left the room. I know doctors don't have a magic wand to make you feel better, but I don't think a healthcare provider should treat you like at best a nuisance, and at worst like I lied about being sick to spend time getting poked and prodded.

Dr. Adrienne Charles made me feel comfortable. She listened and asked questions. She took time with me, I did not feel rushed.
Verified patient
She was impatient and semmed disinterested. She made me feel like I was making it up or faking it. She gave me a script and told me I could 'rip it up' if I want. Very strange. Other drs I've seen there have all been great, just not her.

This doctor's appointment was a very bad experience for me. Dr. Charles was rude and did not answer any of my questions of what the medicine she subscribed was for or comply with my request to send the prescriptions to my pharmacy. When I asked to send them she said "You can ask someone else, but I'm not doing it," and then I was told by the office staff that they might get around to calling the prescriptions in after a few hours. Not only did I have to refuse to leave before the prescriptions would be called in but I also learned the office gave the wrong name and birth date for my prescriptions to the pharmacy and gave the wrong insurance information. This appointment was a waste of time and I found the service very bad. The only nice employee at the office was the lab tech from LabCorp who I assume doesn't work for the practice.
Great and patient.

Dr. Charles was very nice and professional, but i did run into an issue I did not expect. I went in with very sore and dry throat, and what i thought could be fever. They tested me and told me it was just a virus - so no antibiotics needed. I also complained about really dry throat (i sing, so that may have made it worse). I don't think Dr. Charles paid enough attention - she prescribed me two meds, including a decongestant. Within two days, my throat was so dry it felt like wood, and i could not talk. Then i figured out decongestants dry out throat/ voice box - as soon as i stopped taking it, my throat improved. So her meds actually made my throat worse.

She seemed pretty uninterested and didn't help at all. She definitely needs a good laugh because it seems like she hasn't smiled in years. Cheers!
The entire office staff was amazing. The wait time was less than 30 mins, the office was clean and Dr. Charles was very detail oriented. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

She's a very efficient doctor and is kind.
Verified patient
Very unknowledgeable and couldn't answer any of my concerns. She stepped out and said she'd be right but but sent in an assistant for me to see a referred doctor but still not addressing my concern. I was confused. She did not tell me my BP which was my initial reason for the visit and used none of the info on the documents provided to her with my levels from blood work and previous test I had done at the ER. I questioned as to whether she knew what she was doing. Oh, but she's amazing at using a stethoscope!
Verified patient
Professional, friendly manner. Pleasant and informative. Once I met with the doctor, only took a short time for a diagnosis and plan of treatment. She took time to explain the problems and the various drugs I would be taking. All part of the quiet atmosphere of the clinic.
Verified patient
Courteous, attentive, thorough, and thoughtful.

I was satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Charles was not only professional but she was hilarious. She went above and beyond during my visit and I felt listened to, cared about and cared for! Her staff was also fantastic! Everyone in their office is friendly, helpful and always has a smile on their face. I had put off finding a doctor for such a long time and honestly, I think I found my perfect fit in Dr. Charles.

Doctor Charles did not wait until she listened to my full explanation of what was wrong before she started to forcefully tell me to take my shirt off. I had a skin condition on my neck, and I wore a low cut shirt so it would be visible to the doctor. I explained this to her but she just cut me off and continued to yell at me to take my shirt off. She did this 4 times before I took my shirt off since I realized I would not be able to get a word in with this doctor. I guess the doctor wanted to examine my back, but once she did she failed to tell me that my condition had spread to my back. This was incredibly unprofessional and rude. In the end she prescribed me a lotion, but her explanation of my condition and the medicine she prescribed were basically nonexistent.
