Takes time with patient. Worth the wait. He is never in a rush. You go for one thing and he checks five things. He is aware of your annual checkups, lab work, refills, referrals. He works six days a week. From 8 am to 8 pm. In two offices. No other doctor does that.

The nerve to tell YOUR patient you don't have time to explain to them their diagnosis because you're extremely booked for the day and you have to keep it moving! Discuss your schedule with your scheduling department not with your patients, it's not my fault you are double or triple booked at the same time. Extremely disappointed with the treatment this doctor has provided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It's absolutely frustrating searching for a doctor to trust with any medical concerns, consulting with them, and not being properly taken care of.

Just finished getting off the phone with Diane, Dr. Bombino's wife/office manager in regards to a poor review I had previously left about the doctor. I had waited over 2 hours to be seen by Dr Bombino, only to get poor treatment from him. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and was very irritated and in a rush. He kept brushing all my comments off and ignored results on an ultrasound I had previously done, which stated I should have another test performed. When I discussed dizziness and headaches I was having he said he didn't have time to discuss this with me and told me I should schedule another appointment. Mind you, all this after having an appointment for 12:30 but being seen almost 3 hours later and he had only been in the room for 6 minutes max. When I spoke to Diane, her excuse as well as Dr. Bombino's excuse and future reply to my last review is that the doctor couldn't concentrate because my 2 year old was with me. I clarified that this was just a justification they were using for Dr. Bombino's poor bedside manner and care. My son has gone with me for over 2 years to all my appointments at this location and it's never been a problem. My son is extremely well behaved and was playing apps on my phone. He was not screaming, crying or running around. Diane further exclaimed that she didn't understand why my son wasn't in a daycare. She mentioned that kids were not allowed there. Again, I've been with my son there for over two years and have seen other parents bring their child. I was a bit offended by her last comment because it showed that the doctor was not willing to take responsibility for the way he treated me and I saw it as discrimination as well. Some moms don't have the luxury of being able to pay a daycare and some like myself, are single moms. I would understand this a lot better if my child would of been disruptive or misbehaving but he wasn't. She told me that I was out to destroy the doctors reputation: I have no reason to and I'm not that type of person. I am a patient who expects respect and time from my doctor, that's all. My medical needs are important and are not to be set aside because the doctor is irritated and has to rush to his Hialeah office, which was later explained to me by one of the front employees. It's not any patients fault that the office manager and staff overbook him and patients end up having to spend the whole day there and have walk ins accepted before them, despite having made an appointment weeks ahead. Basically, Diane's and excuse as well as the doctors excuse is that the office is no place for a child, hence, that's why Dr. Bombino only spent 6 minutes with me after I waited over 2 hours. She also mentioned that they couldn't use the room I was in afterwards for over and hour because I changed my sons diaper in it. She mentioned that my behavior was unacceptable (I'm not sure what she is referring to) I think it was about the poor review I left because other than my sincere review, there is no other "misbehavior" I can think of, I'm a grown respectful adult. I'm in awe when it comes to the way they treat and handle patients medical issues as well as patients concerns and feedback. I'm not one to leave reviews but this really bothered me and I would want to spare other parents from going through this. If you care about reviews, I reccomend you read the others as well and steer clear of this doctors office. Not only will you spend the whole day at the office but you won't get good bed side manner after having waited. You'll also have headaches upon headaches when a referral is needed, even when you call weeks ahead of time for them.

Doctor always has an excessive amount of patients waiting. The office gives out appointments but you end up waiting hours to get seen due to walk in's they take in before you despite having an appointment. After all the waiting, you then get a doctor who seems very irritated and in a rush to get you out of his office. I felt uncomfortable during my last visit. He cut me off when I started talking about severe & constant headaches I get. Told me to make another appointment to discuss. Waited over two hours to see him and he wouldn't even listen to my concerns. Told me he had a lot of patients to see after I waited over two hours to see him and was only with him for 10 minutes.

The office was over crowded, and I wasn't seen until over an hour after my appointment. The receptionist wanted me to complete forms in which I had already completed using ZocDoc's online check-in. Also, the office tried charging me a ridiculous out-of-pocket price in which I have never paid such a large amount. The doctor when he saw me was really nice.

I almost never write reviews but I was never treated like this before I went to see dr bombino to be my pcp He was nice in the beginning I went to him told him my situation he gave me a follow up for my blood work I went back they didn't have the blood work i was in a lot of pain due to an accident so he refilled my medicine and told me to call the lab again to send them my result because his stuff barely speak any English which I did and I tried to call him for one week every other day the nurse never answer the phone and when she does she tells you to hold and hang up on you and he was the one who told me to come back which I did to go talk to him since I couldn't talk to the nurse he comes out very mad starts yelling at me before I even say a word or why I am there tells me we have a problem I can't give you any medication you have to see a specialist and it so happens that I was going to New York the next day for my best friend's funeral in pain and about to run out of my medicine don't know when I am coming back and he tells me go solve your problems somewhere else or go solve your problems in New York I can't help you And walked away like I was some kinda homeless asking for his help he didn't even give me a chance to say anything I was already in the worst condition for losing my best friend and I was in a shock and didn't know what to say I was never treated like this by anyone why couldn't he refer me to a specialist from the beginning or tell me last time I saw him, how am I supposed to know he is the doctor not me why did he tell me to come back was it because I was self pay and my insurance just started working ? They never asked me to pay and I didn't or they just didn't want me as a patient I will never know I hope people have a better experience and that they fix their phone answering issue its almost like they don't have a phone

He is an excellent dr i have no complaints with him but his staff is not helpful.. The office manager told me i can do my referrals myself. She doesnt take her time fixing insurance issues ive been waiting hour at specialist offices waiting for my referals. And ive been waiting for a month already for her to fix an issue from the dr office with the insurance i cant get my refferal until my primary care provider fix the issue.. So im Stucksuch a bad experience

This is truly the worst medical profession in the planet. After waiting 3 hours and 15 minutes to see this doctor, I was not only rushed through the visit but also told by him he has to rush a 35 minutes appointment cut down to 10 minutes. My problem with that how can you decide to rush through my visit if I was here on time and a new patient. But sitting for several hours I observed existing patient visits last over 30 minutes. The worst thing I find awful and will be reporting to the state is is watching as this doctor document his finding of my physical exam without doing a physical.
