Dr. Seidler was personable and had a very kind demeanor. The visit was short as it was a general checkup but I did not feel rushed. She wished me well in my doctoral studies at the end of the visit, which I appreciated.

Doctor didn’t ask any questions and was quick to leave. Had to ask her to stay so I could ask her questions. Had no opportunity to elaborate on my health. Didn’t feel cared for. Being my first time seeing her, I would have appreciated if she asked about my health in more than 2 questions, which were likely prompted by the EMR. Wouldn’t recommend.

My first visit with Dr. Seidler was excellent. She was very pleasant to talk to and went through my entire chart. She went over my concerns, as well as asked if I had any additional questions. Wait time was super quick and the office is very clean. Will definitely be returning!!

Arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and was taken right away that was a huge plus! The only concern I have is that when I asked the doctor about a specific question, I was given the “it’s nothing” answer which is difficult to take in because I expect more detailed answers from a doctor/professional.

The whole appointment was very fast which was great for me. The staff were nice and the office was nice and clean. Dr. Seidler was very sweet, fast, and got straight to the point. She followed up with me as soon as my results were available and my medicine was sent straight to my pharmacy with no problems.
The online profile where you see all of your results and comments from the doctor is also very helpful!

She is knowledgeable, thorough, and has excellent bedside manner.
The facilities are clean, bright and inviting. Check in was amazing and swift. Especially if you take advantage of the online forms ahead of time.
Dr Seidler is phenomenal. She responds to questions through the portal very quickly and spent a good amount of time with me at our appointment. She listened to my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond. I have only good things to say. They have on site lab, I think, because results are FAST. Love this place.

Office staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. As far as the doctor, she was very brief and did not seem to ask my about any of the conditions I listed in my paperwork. There was very little inquiry about me at all other than the very standard/bare minimum. I will not be going back. I prefer a more thorough appointment.

Dr. Seidler was direct, quick and got the job done. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes, which I thought was a little fast for a full physical. When I expressed certain health concerns she brushed them off. She told me not to worry about it and that I can look at her notes online on the 'My Chart' site you sign into when you first register at the front desk. I just wish she was more engaging and thorough. Overall, she was nice and i didn't wait long. Her assistants were really sweet.

I am very pleased with Dr. Seidlet. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and caring. And I trust her judgment. My only criticism is that she doesn’t greet me by name so that is why I am giving her a good instead of excellent for bedside manner - but this is really a minor issue.
And her office - Ambulatory Care West Side NYU - is excellent - immaculate and staff are great too.

She clearly explained the reasoning behind her diagnosis and suggestions, and referred me to specialists. She also offered to review my lab work from a recent, prior office to confirm some of our discussion. The folks at the front desk said that Dr. Seidler tends to be very responsive in follow-ups.

Dr. Seidler was so sweet and nice! She took her time to speak with me and make me feel comfortable. The office took me right on time and I didn’t have to wait for even 5 minutes. Everyone who worked in this office was extremely nice and caring! Dr. Seidler is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met and I’m lucky to have her as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Seilder was excellent. Best first Primary Care physician visit I have ever had. We talked through my medical, family history and my three specific concerns that I had written down in advance. She gave me good advice and one referral for my concerns. Her staff was friendly and kind. I am glad to have found a doctor who is knowledgeable and is a great listener.

The office and staff were very pleasant. But when Dr. Seidler walked in she was very transactional. I felt like a number. She wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible. Just blowing through a questionnaire and she was ready to leave when she finished it. I had to stop her and tell her hey I have these other concerns. She was exasperated and I actually felt bad for asking her my questions. I shouldn't feel that way when i see my doctor. I felt uncomfortable. She left and the nurse came in to do my blood work. Dr. Seidler came back in to reiterate information she had given me before but by then the damage was done. I'm not sure if she's under pressure to meet a certain number of patients a day or something. She seemed harried the whole time and concern with turnover. I don't think I'll be returning.
