The doctor told me he was sending an urgent antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy immediately and instructed me to pick it up right away. Hours later, the pharmacy had still received nothing.
We called multiple times and the staff were unhelpful and indifferent. Since this happened right before the weekend, I couldn’t start my treatment on time. Very frustrating experience.
