He was attentive, made some small talk to make me comfortable and was generally a very pleasant doctor. He knows his stuff, no doubt, I have to head back for a follow up so will see how things proceed. Only trouble was the LONG wait (over an hour) inspite of taking an appointment which seemed usual there, no extraordinary traffic.

Dr. Aitan Melamud is a fellowship trained, board certified Urologist.He graduated magna cum laude from medical school at the University of Tel Aviv, Israel and completed his Urology residency there as well. He completed fellowship training at UCLA with an emphasis in Urologic Oncology and Female Urology. He spent two years at UCSF as well, and then was on the Stanford clinical faculty at the Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital.
In 1982 he founded our practice and has been
successfully treating the community's urologic needs
ever since.
