Dr. Horwitz is an excellent psychiatrist! He is smart, dedicated, caring and made me feel very comfortable... even during our first visit. I felt like he really listened to me and then took the time to explain my different treatment options. he answered all of my questions and promotes an atmosphere of collaboration when deciding on a particular treatment. I would recommend Dr. Horwitz to my friends and family because he has been a wonderful doctor.
