More about Dr. Alexander Jones, OD
Dr. Jones grew up in Medina, Ohio. He attended The University of Akron, majoring in Biochemistry, before obtaining his Doctorate of Optometry at The Ohio State University in 2023. Dr. Jones completed rotations at the Akron VA and Roholt Vision Institute where expanded his knowledge of ocular disease and provided pre- and post-operative care for refractive and cataract surgery patients. He also rotated through several specialty clinics at Ohio State including low vision, pediatrics, contact lens, binocular vision, and advanced ocular care. While at Ohio State he was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists and accompanied them on a mission trip to Jamaica, where he performed eye exams for the local community. Dr. Jones is passionate about optometry and strives to help his patients see at the best of their ability. Outside the office, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, playing golf, and volunteering at church.
