Alexandra Clancy, MMS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) who has worked with patients in California, Texas, and New Mexico. Born and raised in San Clemente, California, she has over five years of surgical experience in plastic surgery as well as general and trauma surgery.
Alex completed her undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego and earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2016, she graduated from PA school with honors and has been practicing in this field for seven years. She spent three years working in emergency rooms before transitioning to plastic surgery and trauma surgery.
Alex's ample experience with complex surgical procedures and patients set the foundation for a career focused on precision, attention to detail, and confidence. During her time in plastic surgery, she witnessed the life-changing, positive impacts that aesthetic procedures can have on a patient-including coming into the office every day to see incredible patient results. This was the catalyst for her passion in the aesthetic industry, leading her to become an expert in her field.
Today, Alex is most passionate about Botox, dermal fillers, and facial plastic surgery to help patients look and feel their best. ?My favorite part of working at RefinedMD is helping patients become their most confident selves by working with them to highlight their already beautiful features,? she says. Alex lives in Los Gatos, California, with her husband and miniature golden retriever, Charlie. They spend much of their time together exploring different music venues and catching live shows. Alex also enjoys interior design as well as practicing yoga and hot Pilates.

Most relevant
This group takes no insurance. It doesn't matter what insurance you have, they don't take it. I have Medicare and a supplemental and they are covered by 95.9% of providers nationwide. This group feels it is unnecessary and they should eliminate that percentage of people that would go there if insurance was taken. I was notified about no insurance being covered after the fact. Plus this zoc doc app is required to respond to any appointments. Absolutely awful. I don't need another app for a group that I will not see. When my appointment was canceled from a previous provider this group was suggested as part of the network but it is not. This application and this group somehow have access to the group I see in another city. My group has other offices but I found out this is not one of them and I have no idea why my information was shared with them so that they could schedule me. Total scam.
