Doctor Nash himself was great! But.... I went in for an Annual Physical that should have been an in and out appointment. But when I got there, one of the receptionist were rude when I asked if they had already received my paperwork from ZocDoc. I ended up filling out everything all over again, even after asking if they could double check if it came through late. After I was done, I came to find out that the appointment wasn't for my physical, like I had asked for when scheduling it. Instead, it was a meet and greet with the doctor (That they require) which required a copay when a annual physical is free with my insurance. When I was done with my meet and greet with the doctor, they asked me to schedule another appointment for the physical. After a couple questions that I had to ask, they told me that their office does not do the blood work and that I needed to get that done around 10 days before the physical exam! That is 3 appointments just for a physical exam. I would recommend finding a place that can do everything in house and not require a 'meet and greet' which could have all be done by the receptionist over the phone.
Another patent came after me and been checked before me. I wait for an hour before seeing the doctor. I will not come there again.
Great doctor! Super friendly, and clearly explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I could expect.
The experience was great! I got a lot of valuable knowledge and Dr. Nash was supremely helpful!
this was the first doctor I have seen in my entire life. He was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't seemed rushed. Thank you for all you did
My first visit went nice and easy with Dr. Nash. He was very friendly and answered all my questions easily. Would definitely recommend just from first impressions.
He is very good and spends time with you. The problem is it is so hard to get an appt with him when you really need to get in. Maybe if he had a PA it would help with that.
Excellent doctor he is extremely professional, and took the time to get to know since I was a new patient. He will definitely be my PCP. Thank you Dr. Nash!!
I felt very comfortable with Dr Nash. He covered all bases and explained everything.
Dr. Nash took a lot of time to talk with me and make sure all my concerns were addressed. He was very friendly, understanding and helpful.
He appeared very interested in my concerns, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He was very professional.
I'm not a fan of doctors and Dr. Nash changed my mind. His bedside manner is great and he really takes the time to listen. I had Alopecia Areata and we started steroid injections a few months ago. I no longer have bald spots! Thank you Dr. Nash! You are the best! Also I love the receptionists! They are fabulous! Trish & Nicole <3
Dr Nash is personable with a good sense of humor. He spends the time necessary to get the whole story. I did not feel rushed at all. He had 2 knocks on the door since he was running behind, so that might explain the slight abruptness of an ending I felt. No big deal though.
The receptionists were rude I feel like my $ would be better spent elsewhere.
Dr. Nash and his staff were friendly and professional. I'm definitely going back.
Dr. Nash was great. He took so much time with me - not rushing like most doctors do. I look forward to seeing him again!
It was great. He was very knowledgeable and had an excellent attitude.
He took the time to get to know me and my medical needs.
Once I finally saw him , I liked him and he was very easy to talk to ! I was put off a bit by my wait but his staff was very nice so not that big of a deal !
Dr. Nash is very knowledgeable and I get the sense that he does care about what you're telling him. I've been in once before where I had an abnormally long wait, but I think that was just an off day for them. His office staff are very friendly and like to chat. I'm glad I found Dr. Nash.
Must see!!! I would definitely see Dr. Nash again if my back pain arises. He took the time to ask me not only about my lower back pain and address the issue, but about myself as an individual which is a definite plus in my book.
Listened to what I was saying. Took the time necessary rather than rushing me through to get to the next person.
I would definitely recommend. The office was really nice and the staff was very professional.
He was very patient with me and truly seemed concerned about my situation which was very much appreciated.
The Staff was very nice and accommodating. Doctor Nash listened and was very attentive.
Dr. Nash is very intuitive and easy to talk to
Dr. Nash is a good doctor. He asked questions that involved my visit. He listened to what I had to say. He engaged in conversation rather than the appointment being filled with awkward silence.
Very good visit.
Dr Nash was professional, courteous, and efficient. His office manager verified my insurance which was no easy task. They take TriCare!!
One of the best MDs' in Colorado!
Doctor Nash, very attentive answer all my question and more spent time on my concerns, He make you feel very comfortable.
Office was clean and staff were very friendly. However it kind of set me back that when I was discussing my visit with Dr. Nash he actually fell asleep. He impressed me as a knowledgeable physician but him dosing off on me during the visit made me rather uncomfortable. Looking elsewhere.
Very friendly. Took the time to listen.
Dr. Nash is really friendly, his office was clean quite and calm. His staff was very professional and helpful.
I believe in my physicians expertise.
Overall great experience.
I found the Dr. and his staff to be very friendly and courteous. The Dr. was easy to talk with and I felt very comfortable for a first visit with a new Dr. He seemed very thorough and instilled confidence in me that he knew what he was doing.
I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical/ checkup, and all the doctor did was ask me questions about my professional work and complain about how expensive his divorce was. I was not examined, and instead was told that I would have to schedule an entirely separate appointment to get a physical! What a waste of time and money. My insurance only covers one wellness checkup per year, and it was wasted on this nonsense.
Dr. Nash and his staff were very professional, I felt comfortable and at ease. I will recommend Dr. Nash to friends and family.
This visit was barely adequate to meet my needs. I am not planning to return. I move around a lot, and frequently visit new doctors. This was the only negative experience I had in several years. 1. The office receptionist is also the nurse. Cutting corners much? 2. They forced me to give my SSN. Never gave it to the Dr's before. 3. No in office lab. There are labs in the building. 4. I was the only patient there. 5. The doctor was not on board with a plan for care I followed for the past year in 2 different cities across 4 Dr's offices. He wants to increase the frequency of visits with no evidence to support the change. All the other doctors were on board right away.
The entire experience was fantastic. I'm glad to have found the perfect doctor for me in Denver.
The lady at the front desk is unprofessional. When being seen for a routine check up the subscriber does not have to by law provide their social security number. Routine check-ups, when covered by insurance are covered in full unless the insurance company requires a co-pay. The lady at the front desk fabricated that because a deductible had not been met that there would be a charge up front for services. That is inaccurate and she would not provide the cost of services. A social security number is definitely not needed when the services would be paid for in cash at the time of the visit if required.
Amazing doc. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all my questions.
He, s awesome. Very caring great with kids!
I had a great experience with Dr. Nash. He was incredibly thorough, very helpful and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Nash was very professional, friendly, and had a very good bedside manner. I work with many medical professionals and Dr. Nash is class A physician. I was seen right away. His knowledge of my particular health issue made me feel very comfortable as a new patient. His staff was very friendly offered water while i waited and the office was very warm, welcoming, and comfortable. I am highly satisfied with my pick on ZocDoc. Dr. Alfred Nash was a respectable, friendly, professional physician. Indeed, I'd recommend him to my friends and family. Be sure and leave you full name and number or email because this office actually follows up with you!!
