The front desk guest services staff was unfriendly and appeared preoccupied with their own conversations rather than fulfilling their duties. They displayed signs of anger and annoyance when I approached to check in. Subsequently, the provider I had was not particularly personable and only performed a self-examination. She informed me that she would follow up with me via a virtual appointment the following day to discuss my results, but she canceled the appointment five minutes prior to my scheduled time. Furthermore, she only offered appointments a month in advance, which is highly unprofessional for discussing health results. Consequently, I rescheduled my appointment for the following day with a different provider who was significantly more pleasant and professional.

I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at this clinic. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received my test results. I shouldn’t have to pay again just to get information I’ve already paid for. On top of that, the medical assistant I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Makes it hard to open up to healthcare when the team isn’t professional and you feel like they are judging you. Please reconsider this place as a primary care. Also to the MA that checked me in… if you hate your job please hide it because I can tell with that attitude that you have.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The phlebotomist they have on staff is fantastic.
