Women beware. Went in for help with heavy menstrual bleeding/menorrhagia (and hopefully a pathway to hysterectomy since I have tried medication, implants, iron supplements, bloodwork, etc). Dr. Wong didn’t ask me any questions (e.g. flow amount or any other symptoms like the pain, fatigue, headaches). She told me to take iron supplements. When I said I eat iron rich foods and take multivitamins, she still said I’m probably anemic. She then said she’d be shocked if anyone would do a hysterectomy on a 28 year old. That may be true in her experience, but she didn’t ask what else I had tried to remedy the issue. If she had, she would know that I’ve tried everything. Actual nightmare scenario how dismissive and uninterested she was with my concern. In total our video visit was about 5 minutes of what iron supplement amount she recommended and then I was shooed out the virtual zoom door.

I really liked Dr. Wong. She was a great listener and answered all my questions.
The problem I had was that I was there for a physical expecting to be prescribed my cholesterol meds as I had just switched providers. I was told by the medical assistant that if I discussed medication during my physical, it would be an additional charge which my insurance would not cover. She said if I didn’t want to do that then I could either get a physical or get my medicine and reschedule for one or the other. How silly and what a money grab. .

Everything was amazing. Been quite some time since I've seen a doctor. I have a child now that I would like to watch grow up so I decided it outweighed the expense. From the booking through zocdoc to the actual visit everything was wonderful. Definitely think I've found my primary doctor and will keep up with my health better because of it.

This doctor was very rude from the start of the appointment. Impatient, passive aggressive and just made me feel as though I was a burden. She didn't tell me anything new about aiding the pain I'm dealing with. Overall, it felt like a pointless appointment and I would never recommend anyone to this doctor nor will she be seeing my face again.

This was, by far, the best experience I have had with a medical professional. The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Dr. Wong is superb. She is caring and listens and I felt she actually wanted to help. So many times I have gone to doctors it feels like a cash grab. I am in good hands here and I will 1000000% return to her.
Additionally, I had to get blood drawn and I get nervous. An RN/PA held my hand while the blood was being drawn and was generally very kind.
I’m very pleased.

I am so glad I found this place and Doctor Wong. Everyone was SO welcoming and friendly, and Doctor Wong really listened to me and validated my anxiety brain! They were using new equipment, but even as they were figuring things out everyone stayed really pleasant and quickly got things done!
