The doctor didn't even bother to look at me the entire time we were talking. She stared straight at the screen while i was talking. Never met such a rude doctor. I was shocked.

I went in for an annual for the first time with Dr. Mainardi. My first interaction with her was in her office. During the entire time, she was directly facing the computer screen while asking me a long list of questions and typing in the answers. Since her computer was facing the side, she never looked at me once while asking personal medical questions. It was very off-putting. I felt extremely uncomfortable asking any sort of private, medical questions because I felt like I was at the DMV. I definitely do not plan on visiting her again.

She’s wonderful! Very intuitive and wants to make sure she has all your information before checking you. Listens to what is bothering you, give advice. She’s very helpful and I’m making her my PCP!

I was very disappointed with my visit. The office seemed to be very short staffed and after waiting more than 20 minutes to be seen, I was brought to a room to wait some more, then moved to another room where I was finally able to speak with the doctor. Then I was moved to yet another room and was instructed to undress then was left alone for over 30 minutes. It was not a pleasant experience. I spent a total of 2 hours in the office, while only being tended to for about 30 mins total. It felt like an enormous waste of time.

I initially went to see Dr. Mainardi to just get my flu shot, but ended up getting my annual physical and walked out of the office with a new primary care physician. She makes great conversation and had excellent bedside manners. Highly recommend for anyone needing a PCP
