Dr.Alla Shakhanova is very busy,however when it's time to sit with her and discuss your issues she listens and try's to address your medical concerns. Her staff were very accommodating but communication was difficult at time due to a thick accent.I work in NYC and found her location across the street from the ferry very convenient.

Really appreciated the staff that was there. as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted quite warmley. The staff is very friendly and the procedure was quick and painless. I would recommend this office to others for sure. And I also changed Dr. Marina to my Primary Care Physician.

This is my second time at this office. Both times, I waited way too long before I was able to see the doctor. No respect to appointment time whatsoever. The forms I filled online prior to my visit was also ignored.
Both doctors wanted to do every test on me, including EKG (mind you I'm 29 years old and have no history of heart problem). Don't hesitate to stop the doctors when they are filling required tests for you.

All of the staff was very friendly. Liked everyone there. Wait time and no parking was off putting. But they do watch your car as it it double parked in front of the office.

She is straight forward, and asks important medical questions, which is excellent. Thank you! She was able to see me within an hour of scheduling, which is fantastic. However, she did not provide me a diagnosis , and her overall tone of voice was judgmental, regimental,and obnoxious. There was an overall pleasant and cordial approach to the clients, but a tad disorganization, and lack of medical confidence/knowledge from the medical staff. Still, I appreciate the speediness, and the readiness to see me.
