Dr. Phelps is very caring and has an excellent bedside manner. She is very attentive and patient and provides any and all treatment possibilities. I have seen her twice within a 6 week span and both times she was aces. I would have zero issues recommending Dr. Phelps to anyone. She is among the very finest that Beacon Orthopedics has to offer.
