Doctor was great. However the waiting room situation almost made me leave prior to my appointment. I waited over an hour, and was not given any information on when I would be seen. The front desk staff also took ages to check me in, which did not instill much confidence.

Here she joined the teaching staff of the podiatric medicine/surgery residency program and works closely with the residents in their clinical & surgical training.
Dr. Knowles has a simple premise: Make available to every individual, the health resources needed to live a healthy and active lifestyle. This begins with educating all patients on the importance of preventative foot health measures, as the feet are the foundation to a healthy and active lifestyle. Feet are complex anatomical structures, all-in-one stabilizers, shock absorbers, and propulsion engines that are instrumental to overall health and well-being. They require expert care! Dr. Knowles treats patients of all ages with any foot & ankle concern, ranging from pediatric foot deformities, diabetics, trauma victims, athletes and more. As a former ballet dancer, Dr. Knowles also works to integrate her medical knowledge with the art of dance to aid dancers in achieving a full recovery and prompt return to activity.

The office was experiencing extreme difficulties due to the implementation of a new computer system for scheduling. I wasn't even made aware that they were experiencing issues until I'd been there for well over an hour. That said, Dr. Knowles herself is fantastic.

My experiences with Dr Knowles have been exceptional. She has been knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth in regards to my treatment and my surgery, all follow ups have been "painless". I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her and her staff to anyone.

For the most part, I did not see Dr. Knowles. Instead, I communicated mostly with her assistant doctor.I was dissatisfied with Dr. Knowles because she never arranged for me to receive my orthotics as promised. Trying to reach her by phone is nearly impossible. This doctor seems more concerned about increasing her clientele than about delivering quality follow up care. She is also hard to reach by phone, and she doesn't return calls. Dr. Knowles if your reading this...you really need to do better. You are being observed.
