Aly Comeau is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who found her love for nutrition through athletics. Aly ran track and field while obtaining her degrees. She initially chose to study nutrition to find the “right” way to fuel for sports performance. Still, very quickly she realized the negative impact of diet rigidity, not only on performance but on overall well-being.
Aly feels passionate about helping her clients learn ways to make peace with food and body in a weight-neutral space. She feels strongly that her practice in nutrition therapy aligns with Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® (HAES) philosophies. Aly believes everyone deserves the right to reclaim their life from diet culture, and live the most joyful life possible.
Aly holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Heywood Hospital, North Central WIC, and two Central MA Public Schools. In addition, Aly is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and loves to help her clients find joyful ways to move their bodies. Aly loves to bake and adventure with her dog in her spare time.”
