Overall a great experience! Dr. Shariff was very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a long wait time to get my blood work done, but that was due to the lab being short staffed, not the doctor’s office. Just be ready for longer waits if you need lab work (blood tests, etc.) done.
Really wonderful staff in the office, Dr. Shariff was very kind and attentive to my needs and was adamant about my getting immediate care. I have had issues finding providers who take my Multi-Share plan but it was no problem here.

It was amazing to really be listened to about my symptoms and fears by a practitioner

Very impressed, I felt like I was heard and then she cared about my health.
Dr. Shariff was wonderful and the office staff is incredibly helpful

I had the nicest experience , mainly due to the friendly staff!
Great visit and great team. Easy and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Super friendly staff and Dr. Shariff was fantastic!
My experience with Dr. Shariff started off great. I was seeing her monthly for some lab work to check an ongoing condition. Then she was on vacation for six months. Every time I scheduled a new appointment with her, she cancelled it or moved it to months later without telling me. So my condition went unchecked for over a year. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a doctor.

First my appointment was delayed for three weeks. When I went in I told the nurse I was there to establish primary care and for my annual physical. When I mentioned an issue I had been having since I had COVID the doctor brushed it off and said "I haven't heard of that as a symptom" and then gave me a referral, (which I did appreciate). I was then told that I would be charged for a sick visit as well as an annual physical, because it was "two visits in one," despite explicitly stating that I was there for an annual physical, and only mentioning an issue (I wasn't there for this issue). Finally, I did not get a refill on my medication and after calling the doctor multiple times, two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. I will not be returning.

My experience is just what you want from a doctors visit. Great doctor who is knowledgeable and caring. Clean and modern office in a convenient location. Polite staff and seen on time! It was dream.

Dr. Shariff is amazing! I started seeing her last year. She took her time to hear and address my medical concerns. The nurse and receptionists are also fantastic. A comment on the lab. My appointment was on Friday at 3:30 PM. After my consultation, I went down to the lab for my annual blood work, and the lab was closed. This was inconvenient since I had to return to get my blood work.

Big fan. She was kind, listened to my thoughts, advised me on what I needed. I felt safe and comfortable. I’m very glad to have found a new doctor that I like a lot who accepts my insurance. The office took care of my blood work and immunizations right after, so I didn’t have to come back another day.
Dr. Shariff is a pleasure to talk with, and she was very thorough. Took the time to explain her thinking, wonderings, and provided her thoughts in a receptive way. Wonderfully warm staff, and made sure I was able to access the labs for bloodwork and xrays.

I’ve spoke with Dr. Shariff a few times regarding an ongoing medical issue I’ve had for sometime now, she’s also my primary healthcare provider. With everything going on in the healthcare industry, I understand how overwhelming it can be to address every medical issue that comes forward - I can imagine it even be exhausting. To describe Dr. Shariff, she is very straightforward and to the point. If she sees you have an issue, she’ll provide direct solutions. She’s not gonna coddle you or spend hours upon hours listening to your every complaint, she’ll pick out the things she can fix and she’ll address it, and I like that. My issue is with the follow up visits and trying to get in touch with her after. Her front desk receptionist, Irma? I believe, she will ask you every question in the book before she decides to ultimately book an appointment for you to speak to Dr. Shariff. It’s a little frustrating when you’re trying to simply set up and appointment or speak to a doctor about what’s going on. Though I like Dr. Shariff, I’m a little displeased with this portion of her office. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get help or even ask small 5 minute questions about what you should do next, and doctors are brushing you off and their secretaries aren’t helping. I really miss the way the healthcare system used to be before. If you’re reading this, please get vaccinated and wear a mask!! There are so many people whose issues are being prolonged because of the insanity of COVID. Hope this is something that can change.
Dr. Amal Shariff is a great listener, helped me to address all of my questions, and helped me with referrals/next steps to make sure I keep moving forward. The nurses and staff in the office are also incredibly attentive. It was an all around great visit. I feel like I’m in great hands!

Doctor was great and a saw her quickly, but the blood work is done on another floor and took over an hour. I had to reschedule for another day.

She was the best! My original PCP recently retired and I was on the hunt for a new one. How luck was I to find Dr. Shariff! Very friendly, knowledgeable, asked great follow up questions and was thorough in her questioning. She even gave me great referrals for an OB/GYN and a dermatologist! Looking forward to having her as my new PCP

I've been looking for a new GP for a while, and I'm glad to have found Dr. Shariff! She was great and made me feel very comfortable. The nursing and support staff were fantastic, friendly, and thoughtful. The appointment took a while (physical + labs totaled almost 2 hours), probably in part because I was a new patient, but I didn't really mind because the experience was so pleasant otherwise.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff - doctor Shariff listened to every word I said and was very polite and kind. Incredible experience compared to my previous primary care doctor. 10/10.
Verified patient
Dr. Shariff was courteous, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I haven't been to a doctor in years and thought it would be stressful, but it was an overall pleasant experience.

Unbelievably unprofessional.
Such a great experience!

Seriously, I nearly cried after my appointment because the service was so above and beyond. Healthcare is not great in this country, but I was overwhelmed with Dr. Shariff's attentiveness, non-judgemental and great questions. Her staff were incredible too, giving me very detailed referrals (even based on their personal experiences with other specialists!) and really put me at ease. I also had to do have blood taken which always makes me faint, so the tech put ice packs on my forehead and behind my neck, while she animatedly spoke to me for distraction, while we listened to Lizzo. Best experience ever.

Dr. Shariff was very helpful, kind, and overall I very much enjoyed my visit. The staff was professional and quick to help, and the wait times were very quick, with a clean office to boot. I would recommend Dr. Shariff fully!

It was an annual check up. The doctor was polite/not rude, but she didn’t do much honestly. She ordered bloodwork, which is not included in my plan and will cost $. The few questions and comments she did make were all related to my weight (I’m like 15 pounds overweight but generally pretty active and healthy) and how to change my lifestyle...without actually asking me what my lifestyle is, just assuming things. I know annuals aren’t super involved but this appointment was a waste of my time. Hoping after I schedule my lab work it might be better/more helpful.
very professional and kind.

By far one of the best doctors I have been to in a while. Clean, fast, and easy going. Nothing like having a doctor you can talk to without being rushed out for the next patient.
Very good, thorough and concise.
I was very perfessional and welcoming.
