About Gwendolyn Costantini

I was really looking forward to this place, especially since it seemed to be Black-led and run, but the experience was a huge disappointment. The front desk staff set the tone right away — unpleasant and unhelpful. I arrived about 10 minutes late and was told the next available appointment was three hours later. On top of that, when I presented my insurance card through my app, she complained that I didn’t have a physical copy, treating it as if it were a major issue. That attitude alone made me glad my appointment got canceled. Thankfully, I was able to find care just around the corner on Utica.
