Dr. Bailey grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and attended medical school at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington DC. She completed her pediatrics residency at The Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and moved to the Portland, OR in 2008, where she has worked as an inpatient and outpatient pediatrician.
The humbling and amazing experience of parenthood informs Dr. Bailey in her medical care of children every day, and she believes working with empathy and kindness often eases the worries of her patients' parents. She and her husband have three young boys and a dog, and have found their home and community in North Portland. As a family, they enjoy biking, gardening and playing music together.
