I feel so lucky to have fallen into Dr. Farrell's care. She delivered my 2nd child. Her care, concern, and communication throughout my pregnancy was superb. I was pushing for a more natural birth with the minimal intervention. She would always thoroughly explain each scenario and the pros and cons of my choices. She always respected my decision even if it wasn't her recommendation and clearly laid out all the possibly scenarios of my choices. Her surgical skills sewed up large tears from my 9lb baby and I left her better then I came in because the previous doctor that delivered my child did not do a great repair job. She always took the extra step to insure the safety of my baby I. She was amazing on every level and felt so blessed to have been in her care.

Dr. Ferrell is very nice and makes you feel comfortable at every visit. She makes you feel like you're her only patient and does everything she can for you. She was also the doctor that delivered my last child by c-section.

Dr. Ferrell is the most wonderful doctor I've had the pleasure of meeting. She genuinely cares about her patients and tries her best to make seeing her easy by working around the patient's schedule when possible. I never had to wait too long if a follow-up appointment is necessary, she always manages to squeeze me in. She is very informative and takes the time to explain and answer questions. She'll also provide suggestions/advice after taking in your lifestyle and age into consideration.

Dr. Ferrell was great. However, I could never recommend this office ever to anyone. They billed my claim incorrectly/not at all and have now been phone dodging me for an eternity. So they have cruised through their 120 day window to file and I'm left 1/4 a rent check into thin air. Cute.

I like Dr. Ferrel, she's been my GYN for about 2 years now. She has a great bedside manner and explains things very thoroughly. My only issue is that I feel rushed at times, I don't think its personal I just think the practice is run in a way that doesn't allow a lot of one-on-one time because of the sheer volume of patients. Other than that, she's an overall great doctor; very approachable, very knowledgable, and great at answering my questions. She pointed me in the right direction when I didn't have insurance, and was very uplifting when we spoke about potential infertility issues.

I hoped the wait in this office was a one-off but I've been back three times since this visit and I've waited over two hours to be seen each time - even as the first appt of the day. The front desk staff always has multiple appts listed for me and can't seem to get that right. I won't be returning to Dr. Ferrell or Dr. Gordon for these reasons.

Highly impressed. As somebody who puts off gyno exams for years out of fear and loathing, I was very impressed by the gentleness of the exam and the forthrightness of the doctor. Dr. Ferrell seems to truly care about women's health—a depressingly rare trait. I arrived on time on a Friday afternoon, and had to wait about ten minutes because the office was pretty busy, so plan accordingly.
