Dr. Izuka Udom-Rice is a compassionate, board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She is dedicated to providing thorough and well-deserved care in Obstetrics and Gynecology to every woman, regardless of background.
Dr. Udom-Rice graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Interfaith Medical Center. She subsequently pursued a subspecialty fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Weil-Cornell Medicine. She has contributed several publications in the subspecialty, focusing on areas such as the management of twin pregnancies and diabetes during pregnancy. Worst Doctor I've had so far! Prior to me leaving I advised that I would be going out of town and would not return for 1 month. I work for an insurance company and thought nothing of sending a consent form to allow her to give my results either by mail or over the phone knowing as long as I gave permission in written form with my signature this would comply with hippa. Ive done this a few times with other doctors, but this particular doctor made this an issue and lied and said it would violate hippa if done that way which I'm more than sure would not being that I work for an insurance company....Im not even sure If I want my results from her because she had to ask the assistant how 1 of the tests was done. I don't recommend anyone go to this doctor.

I got there early, yet waited for about an hour. I was concerned about possibly being pregnant, so I went in to see her because I didn't have many options for a gyn appt on a Saturday. She asked me a few questions and performed a pelvic exam and told me I wasn't pregnant. You'd think she'd atleast perform a urine test, but nope! Two days later I visited my usual clinic, and guess what?? I am pregnant! It showed up in my urine and the doctor felt it as he examined me. I'm glad I went with my gut and looked for a second opinion. Dr. Rice will definitely not be seeing me again.

Dr. Rice was excellent. I found her to be patient, professional and easy to talk to . She takes her time with you and has an excellent bed side manner . Although a GYN exam is never really enjoyable or something to look forward to, she does her best to make you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend her !!!!!
