Do not trust this office with your health. The Dr is extremely forgetful and doesn’t seem experienced with anything related to throat symptoms. I came in and came back today because I was having extreme pain after taking the antibiotics he prescribed me. I called and he told me I could come in and wouldn’t have to worry about a copay since I literally came in a few days before. When I come in the lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me and kept answering phone calls. I had to remind her I was there! There seemed to be a disconnect between her and the doctor because she was unaware that he asked me to come in to check on what was going on When I went back into the waiting area, they were going to have me take a test that did not align with my symptoms which is frustrating because patients pay for lab work. He then forgot he told me I didn’t have to pay to come back and tried to get me to pay. When I reminded him of what he said, he refused to send my prescription. Horrible!
