My visit made me uncomfortable. The appointment was speedy. It felt like she rushed through the appointment. The vibe felt weird. I was so uncomfortable, that I didn’t get to tell her about my reoccurring eczema on my fingers on my right hand. She was thorough, but didn’t notice my fingers on my right hand. She had her assistant in the room with her during my appointment which I’ve NEVER experienced before. That was weird. It made me feel like she felt unsafe. I was never asked if her assistant could stay during the examination nor did she explain why he would be there. On a brighter note, the wait time was minimal and the clerk staff were super friendly and supportive, but I’m not coming back. First and last time. I’d rather drive an hour to Manhattan to see my old dermatologist.

I was misinformed..I clearly explains why I was going and what procedure I was looking for and it was not at all what I was told it was for very disappointed 20 minute consult was a mere five minutes And was told that they did not offer what I was looking for And clearly told Who I spoke to why I was going and what I was looking for.. soon as I walked in I stated this and asked instead of having to consult to be refunded and I was told they would not do that but I could apply it to any procedure which were all procedures I did not want and will not have…I feel like I was misinformed and for me it was a very expensive five minutes of waste of time
