Larian is a graduate of the UC San Diego School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his internship at UCSD, going on to a research fellowship and Dermatology residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, where he also served as Chief Resident. A diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Larian offers complete Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology Services.
His philosophy is simple: "Help patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin in a professional environment, and provide them with the experience and expertise that we would want for ourselves and our families."

Dr Amir Larian did not help alleviate my symptoms. My symptoms actually got worse. When I initially saw him he said it was eczema on my skin however no rash was present. He gave me a topical for scalp treatment. My dandruff progressed and even my scalp odor! His bed side manner could use some work. I ended up seeing another dermatologist who prescribed medication that actually works.

I've seen dermatologists for eczema since I was a baby, and Dr. Larian was the most informative of all of them. He was attentive and understanding of all my concerns and committed to making sure his prescriptions worked for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's dealing with chronic skin conditions.
