I was fine with the wait, if my Dr is that busy with a patient she has a perfectly good explanation to keep me or anyone waiting. If people want to be mean about it, leave. She could be back there saving someone’s life or delivering bad news. She’s amazing and I’ve trusted her with my heart and mine is not an emergency at all. Think people, before you get so angry. You have no clue what’s happening and because of Hepa laws they cannot tell you if there is. Merry Christmas!

Top notch!! Dr. Caines is terrific! She asks questions and listens closely to your answers. Most importantly, she took the time to review my records before my appt., and referenced them during my visit. A very friendly and caring staff that make you feel comfortable, too. Office interior is nicely decorated with everything in new condition, this was an added bonus!

Everybody was polite, the Doctor explain so good all. The nurse si nice, the only is when I go to CVS to pick my medicine , I can't because the in dr office forgot to send to pharmacy.
