Very caring and knowledgeable. Also is frank and does not encourage treatments that are good to do, but not necessary. I would hightly recommend her if you have a medical issue with your eyes. I am very happy I went to her to be treated for severe seaonal eye allergies. I had gone to another doctor twice before deciding to visit her. In two days my week long of suffering dimnished to not noticeable.

Dr. Smith received her BA in biology, Teacher Certification and pharmaceutical degree from the University of Michigan. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University. She completed a residency in ophthalmology at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. She served her internship at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI. She went on to complete her residency at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan . Dr. Smith is board certified in ophthalmology. Dr. Smith has been a contributing member to a number of presentations, publications and research projects. She is a member of the following professional societies:

Dr. Smith was very professional, thorough in her examination and treatment of the eye irritation problem was done extremely well.
She listens well and does a fine job in explaining her approach to handling the situation. I'm very grateful for working me in on her busy schedule to take care of my problem.
