My experience at this office was exceptional. Super clean, super-efficient, the staff were very kind and professional.
The doctor was very informative and all my questions/concerns, she also did an amazing job at making my 3 yr old feel comfortable with her which was not an easy task. I am relocating to the Tampa area but will sure to be back to this same office for all my derm needs!

Doctor Usmani is excellent. She was extremely helpful, cheerful and made you feel comfortable and not like a new patient taking up her time. I had my daughters with me and one being a baby that has eczema and Dr. Usmani took the time to even glance at her and recommend a change of her formula and offer my daughter to come back and see her. The one thing I hate the most is that, I walked in expecting to be signed and seen and that was not the case. I completed my online forms and even got a text confirmation stating I did so and once I arrived the forms were in the clouds. I had to sit and fill out forms AGAIN and take more time with kids to be seen. There was no way for them to resolve the issue so they ask me to do the forms again since there is no way to get them in the system. Jasmine one of the office managers there said she would follow up with Zocdoc and I am really hoping she kept her word and followed up on my forms.

I had a very easy visit to Dr. Usmani. She and the staff were all very friendly and professional. My wait in the reception area was short. My total time in the office was less than one hour, for an annual checkup.

I made an appointment to see a doctor or Dermatologist. Instead I was given an exam and treatment from a PA.
I find this disgusting for a first visit. I will be reporting this to my primary doctor and my insurance company.

The overall office environment was pleasant and the staff was pleasant as well. My only issue is when I initially scheduled the appointment for my daughter I was told I must meet with the doctor for the first visit. This was out first visit and I spent more time repeating the concerns I had for my daughter with the nurse and PA than the doctor. I would love to be able to have a review on Dr. Andleeb however I did not feel that enough time was spent with her actually addressing my concerns and the visit was rushed.

My experience was awesome, I did not had to wait long, the place looks very nice and clean. The Dr. answer all our questions, she gave us a lot of information and explain everything in detail. I was very please with her, she made my child feel better about her eczema and the treatment she needs to follow.The staff was very nice, and the guys are very good looking!! :)...I would definitely recommend anyone that's looking for a dermatologist to go see her.

She is very good and takes time to answer all the questions you have. She was able to get rid of a problem my son had been having for months and gave him relief from being so itching and uncomfortable. The wait is a tad long as she is super busy but I don't mind at all since it is well worth the wait to see my son taken such good care of.
