I work with a broad range of clients struggling with problems related to sleep, trauma, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and anxiety.
I offer evidence-based treatment options and may provide an integrative approach depending on the client's needs and goals. I encourage my clients to explore themselves in our therapeutic work together in order to maximize benefit.
