Andrea made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Her non judgmental personality allowed me to be totally honest with her during the intake portion of my session which allowed her to assess the areas that needed the most work. Her office felt like a very peaceful save haven tucked into the chaos of the city. Her bedside manner was excellent! She took great care to check in with me after she put each needle in and was happy to explain her reasoning for the placements she chose and how they all relate to each other. I can't remember a time I was more relaxed and well attended to then my first session with Andrea. At the end she gave me a list of things she recommends I work on in between sessions. I left feeling totally blissed out and recharged. I can't wait to have another session with Andrea and cannot recommend her highly enough!

I began my journey here with a small list of aches, not knowing that my pain was just a symptom of a greater issue. Dr. Vannelli connected with me, listened and was immediately committed to finding the root cause of my symptoms. She helped me work towards a better self. I received more than I could ever expect with Dr. Vannelli. Great place, and over the top care!

Dr Vannelli asks incisive questions about my condition, and listens very carefully. It's clear she's not just pulling standard diagnoses or prescriptions out of a book but is tailoring a plan of treatment that is very specific to me.

Andrea did a thorough assessment at my initial visit and at follow-up visits. I felt seen and heard as she examined me, asked astute questions and listened with care to my answers. I came with specific concerns and her treatment was complete and multi-faceted. This was my first experience with acupuncture. Andrea explained everything she did which put me at ease. I found treatment to be pleasant - very relaxing - and effective. My specific issue is resolved and my general health is vastly improved. One side benefit is that I'm sleeping better than I have in years. Another is that my sugar cravings are gone. All in all, a great experience.

Let me start out by saying that I have had a multitude of health complications over the course of my life (cystic acne, a torn labrum in my left hip, digestive issues, severe depression – the list goes on and on.)
Dr. Andrea is one of the first doctors I have ever had who has consistently listened to me wholly and has taken immense care and time to make sure that I have felt seen and heard, even with a list of symptoms as long as mine. I cannot recommend her more highly – she is extraordinarily patient, kind, and most importantly, hugely knowledgeable.
