About Li Zhang
Li Zhang is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in New York and an NCCAOM® National Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology.
Li graduated from the 4-year Master's program in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science (formerly PCOM). He is passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and a true believer that this thousands-of-years-old practice offers solutions for some of the toughest diseases in the modern era. TCM is also excellent for prevention, health maintenance, and providing support for patients with chronic conditions.
Li understands the importance of lifelong learning for all TCM practitioners. To improve his skills and offer the best possible quality care to his patients in any challenging situation, he tirelessly continues his studies. He has received extensive, in-depth training in Classic Traditional Acupuncture from Dr. Wei Liu, one of the most renowned acupuncturists from China, and in Master Tung’s Acupuncture from Dr. Wei Chich Young, one of the few direct disciples of Master Tung. Li actively attends workshops and seminars throughout the years. Helping people live life to the fullest is his passion, and he strives to be the best practitioner he can be.

I had a wonderful first time acupuncture appointment with Li.
He was attentive, gentle and knowledgeable. I made my appointment for anxiety, stress and to discuss my overall health. Li was very caring and offered many solutions to my specific issues. I felt completely comfortable and safe and would recommend Li. I plan on returning to continue sessions.

This was the best acupuncture appointment I've ever had. Li is SO thorough, caring, gentle, and an amazing listener. I felt so comfortable with him. I went to see him due to horrible tinnitus and then after spending quite a while with me he addressed several other issues and took his time with tons of needles - but they didn't hurt at all. I left feeling incredible - I will be back! He took me last minute on a Saturday evening and I'm so glad I found him! A+++ infinity.

Thought my insurance didn’t cover it after it said it wound Dr.Li didn’t dismiss me. He gave me an option to still come in and learn about their services. I am very happy with the treatment and get excited for my next appointment. I’ve since small improvements. His work ethics gives me confidence that this treatment is what I need to get better

Li has been the most caring, responsible acupuncturist I've worked with. I've been dealing with shoulder pain for the past year, and taking medication or PT didn't help until I came to Li. He always makes sure to address the root cause of the problem and takes care of my issues holistically. Words can't describe how grateful I am to have met Li!
